Privacy Policy
This page sets out precisely what data we collect through this site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you stay in control of it.
In three lines: We collect nothing about you unless you send it yourself through our contact form. We set no cookies and use no analytics or tracking tools. And we never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
In one line
- What do you collect?
- Only what you send through the contact form: name, email, subject and message — phone is optional.
- Do you sell my data?
- No. Nor do we share it for any marketing purpose.
- Cookies or tracking?
- None at all — no analytics, no pixels.
- How long do you keep it?
- 24 months from our last correspondence, then it is erased.
- Where is it processed?
- France (hosting) and the United States (form service).
- How do I delete it?
- Write to info@namira-eg.com — we reply within 6 days.
Everything below this line is the full detail, for those who need it.
1) Legal framework
This policy is drawn up by reference to Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020 issuing the Personal Data Protection Law and its Executive Regulations issued by Decree of the Minister of Communications and Information Technology No. 816 of 2025, and without prejudice to any other obligation imposed by Egyptian law.
2) Who we are
Namira Development & Investment is the controller of personal data collected through this website, within the meaning of Article 1 of the Law. Our details:
- Head office: 39 Abbas El-Akkad Street — Nasr City — Cairo — Arab Republic of Egypt
- Email: info@namira-eg.com
- Phone: +20 111 155 5586
For any matter specifically concerning personal data — an enquiry, a request or a complaint — write to our Data Protection Officer at the same address, info@namira-eg.com, marking the subject line “Data Protection”.
3) What we collect
We collect no personal data unless you send it to us yourself. The site requires no account and has no login.
When you use the contact form, the following data — and nothing else — is collected:
| Field | Required? | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Full name | Yes | To address you by name in our reply |
| Email address | Yes | To send you our reply |
| Phone number | Optional | Faster contact, if you prefer it |
| Subject | Yes | To route your message to the right team |
| Message | Yes | To understand and answer your request |
What we do not collect
We collect no payment card details, no ID or passport numbers, no precise location data, and none of the sensitive personal data to which the Law affords heightened protection (health, psychological, genetic, biometric or financial data, or data revealing religious belief or political opinion).
4) Basis of processing
The collection and processing of your data rests on your express consent — it is you who submits the form seeking a reply. We use it solely for the purpose disclosed at the point of collection: answering your enquiry or exploring a possible collaboration.
You may simply not submit the form, in which case no data about you is collected, and the entire site remains available to you.
5) Retention period
We keep contact messages for 24 months from our last correspondence, after which they are erased. We do not retain data for longer than the purpose for which it was collected requires.
If the exchange becomes a contractual relationship, statutory retention periods for commercial records apply instead.
6) Who receives your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your data in any form.
We rely on a limited number of technical service providers, each processing data on our behalf, within the stated purpose, and under the terms of service agreed with them:
| Provider | What they receive | Purpose | Processing location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Formspree | Contact form contents | Receiving messages and forwarding them to our inbox | United States |
| Hostinger | Technical server logs | Website hosting | France |
| Google Fonts | IP address and browser type | Serving the “Cairo” Arabic typeface | Google servers |
| Google Maps | IP address — on the Contact page only | Showing our head office on a map | Google servers |
We disclose your data to no other party unless required by law, under an order of a judicial authority or a formal request from a competent body.
7) Transfers outside the Arab Republic of Egypt
We disclose this plainly: our server is in France and our form service is in the United States, and Google’s services are globally distributed. Your data may therefore be processed outside Egypt.
Law No. 151 of 2020 regulates the transfer of personal data abroad and makes it subject to controls and to an adequate level of protection in the destination country. We take the steps required in this respect and select providers committed to internationally recognised protection standards.
8) Your rights
Law No. 151 of 2020 grants you the following rights over your personal data:
- To know, review and access the personal data we hold about you, and obtain it.
- To withdraw consent previously given to the retention or processing of your data.
- To correct, amend, erase, add to or update your data.
- To limit processing to a defined scope.
- To be informed of any breach or infringement affecting your data.
- To object to the processing of your data, or to its results, where it conflicts with fundamental rights and freedoms.
To exercise any of these, write to info@namira-eg.com. We will reply as quickly as possible and within six days at most of receiving a complete request. We may ask you to verify your identity, to protect your data from illegitimate requests.
You may also — if you consider that one of your rights has been infringed — lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Center, the body charged with supervision and enforcement under the Law.
9) Breach notification
Should a breach or infringement affect your personal data, we undertake to notify the Personal Data Protection Center within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and to notify you within three days of notifying the Center, as the Law prescribes.
10) Data security
- The site runs entirely over encrypted HTTPS, with all variants force-redirected to it.
- HSTS is enabled, preventing your browser from connecting over an unencrypted channel.
- Additional security headers limit framing and cross-site scripting risks.
- The site is entirely static — there is no database and no file holding visitor data.
Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Please do not send highly sensitive information through the contact form.
11) Children’s privacy
This site is intended for corporate and commercial dealings, not for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you become aware otherwise, tell us at once and we will delete it.
12) External links
The site links to our pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and to our developer’s website. These links load nothing and send no data about you until you click them yourself. Once you follow them, the other site’s privacy policy applies, not ours.
13) Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. It uses no analytics and no tracking
pixels, and localStorage and sessionStorage are empty. You can verify
this yourself: developer tools → Application → Cookies, and you will find the
list empty.
That is why there is no cookie consent banner — a banner is required where cookies needing consent are used, and we use none.
The one exception: Google Maps on the Contact page
The Contact page alone embeds a Google Map showing our head
office. On opening it, Google may set its own cookies — on the google.com domain,
not ours — and may receive your IP address and browser type. Those are governed by
Google’s privacy policy:
policies.google.com/privacy.
The map is lazy-loaded — if you never scroll to it, nothing is sent.
The site also uses the “Cairo” typeface from Google Fonts, a service that sets no cookies but does receive your IP address when the font loads.
To block Google’s cookies on the Contact page, set your browser to block third-party cookies — nothing changes except that the map will not appear. If we ever add a tool that uses cookies, we will update this section before enabling it and add an appropriate consent mechanism.
14) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the date at the top of the page always reflects the latest version. Material changes will be clearly signposted on the site.
15) Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from its application or interpretation.
