Terms of Use
The terms on which this site is made available, the nature of what it publishes, and the limits of what follows from it.
In short: This site is an introduction to Namira’s activities. What it publishes is general information — not a binding offer and not an invitation to invest. No contract arises except by a document signed by us.
1) Acceptance of these terms
By using namira-eg.com you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them in whole or in part, please refrain from using the site.
2) Purpose of the site
This is a corporate information website, intended to introduce Namira Development & Investment, its business sectors, projects and leadership, and to provide a means of contacting the company.
The site offers no direct contractual service; no sale, purchase or payment takes place through it.
3) Nature of the information published
The descriptions of activities and projects on this site are general information for introductory purposes, prepared in good faith on the basis of what was available to us at the time of publication.
Nothing published on this site constitutes:
- A binding offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, nor acceptance of any offer.
- An invitation to subscribe or invest, or the promotion of securities or investment opportunities.
- Advice — legal, financial, technical or tax — to be relied upon.
No contractual relationship arises with Namira except by a written document signed by its authorised representative.
4) Accuracy and updating of content
We take reasonable care over the accuracy and currency of what we publish. Content is nonetheless subject to change without notice, and material or typographical errors may occur. We may modify, or discontinue, the site or any part of it at any time.
5) Intellectual property
All elements of this site — text, images, design, logos, marks, graphics and source code — are owned by or licensed to Namira Development & Investment and protected under Law No. 82 of 2002 on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights.
Copying, republishing, modifying or commercially exploiting any of them without our prior written permission is prohibited. Limited quotation for news or study purposes is permitted with clear attribution to the source.
The Namira logo and trade name are distinctive marks of the company and may not be used in any way suggesting an association, sponsorship or approval that does not exist.
6) Acceptable use
In using the site, you undertake not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or one contrary to public order or morals.
- Attempt to breach, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its servers.
- Send abusive or misleading content, or unsolicited promotional messages, through the contact form.
- Impersonate another person or provide false information.
- Harvest data from the site automatically in a way that harms its performance or breaches these terms.
Certain such acts may constitute offences punishable under Law No. 175 of 2018 on Combating Information Technology Crimes.
7) Links to other sites
The site contains links to sites and platforms operated by parties independent of us. The presence of a link implies no endorsement of, or responsibility for, the linked site, which is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
8) Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we warrant any particular outcome from its use.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site — all of the foregoing to the extent permitted by Egyptian law, and without prejudice to liability for fraud or gross fault, or any liability that may not lawfully be excluded.
9) Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these terms.
10) Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. An amendment takes effect from the date it is published on this page, and the date at the top always reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the amendment.
11) Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
