Namira is developing the Al-Qantara East Agricultural Reclamation & Infrastructure Project as a foundational project focused on preparing the land and raising its readiness for agricultural operation through a structured, phased approach that begins with study and analysis, moves through reclamation and technical preparation, and reaches the agricultural infrastructure and readiness for operation. The current phase includes soil analysis to assess land characteristics and agricultural suitability, followed by reclamation and site leveling, then drilling a water well and conducting the necessary analyses to assess water quality and its suitability for irrigation. A solar energy system is then installed to operate the well pump and raise water sustainably, before building modern irrigation networks and determining the most suitable agricultural alternatives based on the study and analysis results, paving the way for agricultural operation within a long-term vision.
